What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID.
Am I required to store long term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.
What are access hours?
For security reasons you can only access your unit or parking space from 6am to 10pm each day.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. We also offer eCheck and autopay options. You can send a paper check to 9457 S University Blvd #401, Littleton, CO 80126. We do not accept cash but you can send payment via Venmo or Paypal. Contact us for information.
What items can I not store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids are all prohibited in our storage units. Also, facility may not be used for residential purposes.
At this time we are NOT storing box trucks or semis/semi trailers or passenger vehicles. We specialize in storing RVs, boats, and trailers.
Outdoor Parking
Please note that outdoor spaces are for the storage of recreational vehicles only. You should not store any materials (including fuel tanks) on your parking space.
